I have been trying to cut down the amount of wind noise on my GS12, I started with torbinators which helped. But I have continued with my own development, using the torbinators as a starting point, with the torbinators at their 2nd highest setting I added extensions to the rear adjusters and an infill cover. This has basically added 2-3 inches to the windscreen hence noise down comfort up 
. Currently every thing is in plastic but will be changed to aluminum soon.
