Nothing to do with being the enthusiast version. It's just the model of 911. Doubt you will have much success with a USB connection to a phone or tablet. Even if you do you'll only get limited functionality.
The last time I looked on the Hexcode website the requirements were simply a Windows OS (XP or newer) and 1gb RAM, some disk space and a USB port. If the tablet meets these then I don't why it wouldn't work. I run GS911 with an ancient old low spec Asus netbook and its fine.

These are great little machines but don't install the XP updates as they will grind it to a halt. If you want to use it on the net just dual boot it with Ubuntu and all will be fine. At this price why bother looking for a more modern box to run the 911.
