To turn on PM's:-

Click 'User CP' at the top left of the page
Click 'Edit Options' a little further down on the left
Scroll down until you see 'Enable Private Messaging'
Check (click in) the box to the left of the above text
Scroll down to the bottom and click 'Save Changes'

Then, click 'Private Messages' at the top right of the page
Click 'Send New Message' about half way down on the left of the page
In the box marked 'Recipient Username(s)' type 'Slowdown'
In the box marked 'Title' type 'GS911 contact details'
In the box marked 'Message:' type your e-mail address
Scroll down to the bottom and click 'Submit Message'

You're good to go!
