GSA 1150 Indicator problem ...

Hi,

My 2005 1150 GSA has decided not to operate the near side indicators . THe off side ones work perfectly , and the hazard flashers work fine too. I'm guessing that this means that it's the thumb switch at fault, so I've tried WD40 but without success.

Any bright ideas ?

Take it apart and have a fiddle. Mine went recently. If I recall correctly the activate when contact is broken I pinched them bit of contact cleaner fixed

Many people have been there and it is a relatively simple fix but for a permanent solution you need a new microswitch.
Search for the old threads and you will find out where to source the switches from plus how to fit them. New microswitches are very cheap.

Be aware a screw is hiding under a sticker on one of the units... Pulled my hair out for hours wondering why it would not seperate
