hi guys, I'm joining you from the world of broken RTs.. i had the 2014 LE water-cooled with the ESA…lets not go there…so i have sorted a refund and have a new GSA on order from last week…i saw a blue one, while out a few weeks back and loved that colour…however i have to wait till wk 38, mid sept for that…or if i want a 2015 white i can have that on Aug 8th …..and being impatient the white it is

looks like the blue seems to be the most popular colour though if not readily available …

looking forward to it

According to the dealers on initial release it was the cacky colour , oops sorry I mean the khaki colour that was most popular

I have a white one I preferred the normal paint compared to the mat finish, I like the blue and did wonder about having the blue and getting it lacquered I think it will be a smart colour with a shine to it.

I'm happy with my white though.

Blue and white if you're using it about town, but in the wilds, the green makes the bike look like it is doing what it was built for ;) I chose the blue originally and phoned up 4 days later to change my order. Very glad that I did, but colour is subjective, so get what you like.

Liked the blue but didn't like matching blue seat. Went for the green, dealer (AJ) said green was by far most popular followed by white with little interest in the blue.

White was my first choice but didnt like the blue logos and the silver gray seat, i would agree with you a splash of red would have been better but they did that a few seasons ago. i went with the blue due to the blue 2 tone seat.
I like the white best. If you could have the R1200 logos in red, I'd like it even better!

:cool::cool::cool:

I like mine in blue , may get the panels wrapped white , or buy some white bodywork to get the 1150SE look.
Anyone know how much the painted panels are ? :nenau

BHT knows, as he bought spares.:thumb

I got mine painted before delivery, Thunder Grey, still think it looks better than any of the standard colours.

Having seen all of them outside the Belfast dealer, I have to agree with Si, that the green does indeed look the best. There is just something insipid about both the blue and the white.

I love my R1200GS in white, but it looks much better when covered in bug debris...

the matt Blue and OD Green are lovely.

imho , please don't choose white.

.

Seems that dealers are doing a roaring trade in colour changes , one I was speaking to has done a gsa in the 2014 gs red prior to delivery and one gs in ford focus st green and another in focus st orange

Saw possibly the worst gsa ever today olive green but with the crash bars and pannier rails powder coated in a matt orange to match the beak graphics, who said the Italians have style the one responsible for this one certainly did not.
Too shocked to get a picture
