GSA ESA Suspension settings

Hi, what are you folks using for ESA suspension setting. I am 16.5 stone and having the bike at one user with luggage makes the bike feel so much better.

+1 and I'm 15 stone. Also running 2.5/2.9 pressures which are better IMHO.

I do more often than not have panniers attached though.
Last Sunday was the first day in ages when she was naked and I had the ESA on one up sport most of the day.

I like when I've got an excuse to switch off the ABS, ASC and set the ESA to HARD two mountains.
