I have used kits from https://www.chipguard.co.uk/product-category/motorcycle-protection/ on 3 bikes now, wry application and invisible when fitted.

Works out around £40 ish for tank and beak protection.

Fitted to my Rallye and my previous TB

Thanks guys - I do like the clear kit - it looks as if the embossed GS tank letters aren't covered by the kit - is that correct?

You can buy the kit and fit it yourself or take your bike in and have it fitted....I chose the latter!

On mine the embossed GS tank letters are in a 'window' and are not covered.

The finished results look better in real life (where they are almost invisible) than in these pictures!

That’s right, on my Rallye the GS bit is in a window, on the TB it came up to the GS.

With patience, and making sure you keep your hands clean along with lots of water, it’s easy enough to fit.

You can get it in Matt finish to, and from the pictures that have been posted up you can see it’s virtually invisible

I have them on my 1250 exclusive and the colors are spot on (and they don´t interfere with the givi BF11)

Yes. I have used this company twice. 'Guy' at https://racebydesign.co.uk/ based in East Grinstead. Best to call versus email or just show up. In addition to various kits, he has the template for a GSA LC and GS LC on his system if (like me) you just want to protect the top of the tank from a tank bag. Charges £20-30 for the top section (which was all I need). Had the tank on my GS Exclusive protected there today! 01342 313624
