Can’t stand on the pegs, you don’t approve and take the piss out of GS ridersSounds like no airflow over your visor . Lower the screen or stand up to clear the rain drops .

I'm trying to fathom whether the original poster was taking the p### when he mentioned never having thought of wiping the visor or moving his head...in any case...different bikes, different cures or workrounds...and much depends on the amount fo rain and the speed that you can ride at....motorway riding shouldn't be a big issue as the speed allows you to move your head frequently to get rid of the water.
If OP really hadn't thought of moving his head...I'd heartily recommend a few sessions with a riding instructor...god knows what other stuff you do/don't do that could make riding so much more enjoyable...seriously

I can set the awesome and fully adjustable screen on my awesome 1600, so that rain does not hit my visor, like a waterfall. Instead, little (widely spaced) droplets, trickle down, presumably under gravity. Mega, is the word.
Maybe the OP really is on the wrong bike? Or, to take a leaf out of British Rail’s book… In the wrong type of rain.

Practice in the dry first
I find Nikwax Visor Proof very good at shifting rain. Also varying screen and head position. If my visor hasn't been proofed, I lower the screen and then I tilt my head slightly forward. The rain is then cleared instantly.
I noticed that my (Shoei) visor, rather than wetting, seems to hold droplets, unless it is pissing down, and needs wiping.
I wonder if it’s the visor itself or a coating. I’d have thought removing insects from the visor with a bit of kitchen paper and some washing up liquid would have sorted that, but it doesn’t seem to. I’ve got some Bob Heath spray somewhere, I’ll give that a try.

That picture is very irresponsible. The OP might well interpret it as an instruction to ride on the right when training, rather than on the left. Shocking, truly shocking.
