Just visited the stealers on GSA launch day, must say in the showroom & not surrounded by motor show 'professionals' the GSA looks tempting..

Only just bought my 2014 GSWC in october, I can see a chunk of depreciation..

If any dealers wanna give me a price to change for a new GSWC in White, TE model, against my GS WC TE in white with wire wheel option, feel free to pm me..

I sat on a couple today, and it's a great bike, but the GS LC is the one to have.:thumb:D

Rode the Adventure WC and was blown away by it . I'm 6 foot 6 and it is built for me !! The standard WG GS12 is nice but for me the new GSA ticks all the boxes . The Dealer wants my SandRover as well which helps:D:thumby:

I enjoyed a nice sausage bap & cup of coffee @ Coopers (good to see you again Richard).

Didn't sit on any new machines for fear of wanting a new one & not having enough coppers in the jar; however, I did enjoy the ride over with a bunch of coppers!!!! :D (Thx Giles......:thumby:)

Good to see you again Keith, and meet Giles.:thumb I'm glad he wasn't wearing his mankini!

I told my wife I went to a new bike launch just now, and she asked what bike I bought, and if I'm still buying her a new greenhouse!:D

I picked my new GSA up yesterday afternoon, but didn't do much other than ride it home. Had a nice ride out first thing this morning, and I've got to say, I'm really pleased with the bike. There are a few immediate (if subtle) differences from my 2013 GS LC; you really notice the flywheel change, the bike is much smoother away from standstill. The clutch is a big improvement, lighter, better gear change, still a bit of a clunk from neutral into first but loads better than before. The exhaust note sounds slightly different to me, a bit fruitier if you will, more like the GS of old - again, an improvement. I find the slight changes in height and footpeg position on the GSA over the GS suit me much better (I'm 6'3, and, er, tosser-sized).

All in all, an excellent upgrade, I'm very pleased. I'm just hoping this one will turn out to be a bit less buggy than the GS LC, which in end had six separate warranty faults over the year that I

A mankini would've been a step too far!!! :barf

Well you've got the go ahead for a new bike then...nice. I'll take your one off your hands but can only pay you a £1 a week :D

True, first time, in the flesh for me and can get my feet flat on the floor.................but's it's huge

Much prefer the standard GS and its colours

NineT surprised me and I loved it, as did the RT

And yet - you refer to them as "stealers"...............

Are they not meant to make a profit? Is your employer allowed to make a profit?

If you're going to call them "stealers" have the fcuking integrity to stay away from them.................

That attitude really grips my shit.

Al :eek

NineT just lovely, would mount it above my fireplace.

Cannon BMW (Essex) was the nuts today, as much tea/coffee as you want and a BBQ to boot!

Anyway, test rides next week, I will NOT succumb to the S1000R.

I will not.

Given that I ordered the quick shift for the GSW today.

i WILL NOT.

Ah well al, meant in the most polite way, I think it's a general term..
Gotta give a bit of cash to someone, move it around a bit, might as well be my hobby I spend it on..
Don't get too worked up..
Chill... Read the post, it was aimed at how good I think the new bike is not a moan at anyone or their business..

Here you go
