GSAdventure seat on GS1150

Hi,
I just mounted the adventure single seat on the 'normal' GS but looks like to do not fit perfect. I got a small gap between the seat and tank and other gap in the rear near the silver frame.
Anybody has already make the same modification? Any advice???

Yes, the lock is working fine. I don´t know where is the problem....

aye Den fitted the seat from my Adv onto his 1150. Seemed to be ok.

Maybe yer back bracket, the one with the lock on, has to be moved forward slightly into the front holes

Thanks Den, I will try it. After I toke the pics I moved backward the fuel tank a litle with some results. I will try to move the lock forward but I think I will get a gap in the back.

Yes Gaul, is the original seat.

That looks exactly the same as the one on my 1100,I've got a tank bag harness on my tank which covers the gap a bit,but I also have 10mm spacers under the from mounting brackets.

Any help??
