GSW = Back pain ?

I have a 32" inseam.

All tips are to consider, I will start by trying:
1. Do some exercises to strengthen my back.
2. Try with the seat in high position in front and low in the back.
3. Adjustments to the handlebars. At the moment I'm in the "0 °".

I'll just try the risers as the last possibility (£!).

Have you tried adjusting the bars ?. If you don't know this already, if you look closely at the bars nr the clamps you'll see some marks etched on the bars & clamp heads, you can adjust the position of the bars within the said marks without fear of straining any cables /wires etc. Well worth trying imho before splashing out on anything else.

Good advice. Do the WC bars have reversible handlebar mounts like 08 on hex/cam heads? To get my bars in the right position I had to turn the clamps around which moved the bars forward, then rotate the bars back (down) just a bit.
