GUIDES FOR BAKERY RIDE OUT needed

I'll be there, but on a 450 Yam - which group do you want to put me in?

Getting into Groups

Just a quick one - I have printed out 15 "tokens" of each letter (A - H) and put them into individual envelopes. Therefore 8 groups that we can get people to evenly split into at the talk over a coffee that Bakerman does.

I know we all are hoping for less than 15 - more like 10 max - so if Bakerman lets us know the numbers on the day, we can remove tokens to get down to a smaller group size.

To confirm - my thought is that Bakerman introduces the run leaders one at a time and people take a token if they want to be in that group. If we do it one group at a time, should be quick and avoid a pile up!!

Think it should be very quick and if we have mates who already plan to get in our groups then we could give tokens out early!!

Believe Bakerman has a laminated card to hold up when we go to our bikes for the groups to form on. Perhaps run leadres can spread out in teh car pak??

Cheeers all

please please, You guys might have to give a bit on your group sizes, I have a lot of riders :thumb

I think we all are flexible on numbers - just hope to get an even split. I think we have 7 groups so at 15 each that is 105 riders catered for.

If we have all got 15 and there are some left over we can grab them in the groups quickly.

Loads of money - and bacon rolls!!!

Does a side car count as 2 groups!!
