Is any one going to this meeting in September, I'm looking at doing some local lanes on my xt 600 if any one interested in joining me I'll be heading there Friday till Sunday

Yup will be there but probably won't be bringing the bike It's usually a great event and you get to see a stage of the Beamish Trophy Trial which always has some great old bikes (and great old bikers riding some of them!)

Good stuff Kevin,

I should be easy to spot - I'll be the one who turns up in an ambulance and will as likely as not be serving you a bacon roll at some point (unless you're a vegetarian of course…)

Given the nature of the event people might well be leaving in ambulances and they won't necessarily be me

The weather was in our favour this weekend missed the first day, but managed the Saturday night, excellent event, food was good with a few bears,

Cracking weekend - just got back having spent Monday there as well with Danny and the crew and the two Irish Steve's. It was nice to see Conan and Debbie who timed it perfectly wrong and arrived just after the event had finished.

The bear was good, but I thought the owl was nicer

Now I need a weekend to recover from it all
