Does anyone have a handlebar bag with a clear top pocket. Like the ones that you see on the top of tankbags, but obviously smaller. Only needs to be big enough to hold my mobile 'phone.

If so, who makes it and where can you get them from?

Thanks in advance.

Hiya
my email is [email protected], not seen a bag that small but can make one for ya. Send me an email saying what phone (for size) and somewhere to send the bag. Clear front and velcro to attach to the bar?
Laur

Touratech do a small map holder that fits across handlebars which is about A5 size.

I use on for mobile phone and Ipod.

Otterbox do a case that can be can be handle bar mounted that has a clear lid. I think it is the 3250 model - I have a 3500 model with a clear lid which I will be putting on my bike when the weather gets a bit warmer.

This any good for ya? Made it today, Velcro straps on back to attach to bar

How about an even smaller one for the remote controll for the garage door :thumb

lol of course it's well made....... I am good me  lmfao

you have a remote for your garage door? wish my garage was close enough to bother with a remote lol and can make one actually, it's supposed to snow again tomorrow :(

Laur, do you do this kinda thing often/for a living? How much would it cost to make a bag to fit 'inside' the handlebars of a 1200GS?

Top width 34cm
Bottom width 16cm
Height 10cm
Depth approx 7cm

with velcro fastenings to bottom and upper sides and a zip top.

Along the lines of the attached image.

Thanks :thumb

Graham

Actually if I was to get one of the crossbars as in the attached picture (from Boxer Design), the top velcro fasteners could be on the back to attach to the crossbar which would likely provide more support.

I don't do it for a living, but I think in 3d pretty well lol :D
I teach woodworking, sewing and upholstery (general manager for a charity, a sheltered workshop) I can make you a bag to fit. Under a tenner for sure.

Just email me an address [email protected]
