Handlebars

Hi all, I have purchased the K75s off this here site. Basically because it should run for a while with no cost. (Hopefully) I say that, but hoping to Brat style it. The bars are a tad low for comfort. Will the bars from the standard or c bike fit using the same cables?
Other than that what size diameter are they?

You'll need longer clutch/throttle cables and top brake line... and maybe a choke cable..
