I'm planning on going for a ride on sunday (probably from winchester and out around salisbury plain). Trails shouldn't be to bad as it hasn't rained for a while.

Anyone want to join me??

Bugger, the KTM is still in bits and no time to fettle at present.:(

It looks like it's stacking up to be a pogo ride....

Sounds like a plan, meet up on the plain somewere.Happy to hook up with Bakerman in sunny Andover and then meet you.Any idea on what time your setting off.

GSA all the way

Im up for a blast with you fella`s, as long as my tattoo on shoulder doesnt hurt to much :eek.
Will watch this thread as not sure about salibury plain and where your meeting.:thumb2

Ok, my current thinking is leave winchester around 9am, and head up to andover via a few trails.

planning on getting to Andover for about 10.30 ish.

Meeting point for Andover here (it's a Shell garage): http://tinyurl.com/ydaplyp

I hadn't really got any kind of route in mind at present, was just thinking a few hours arsing about, but seeing how this becoming quite popular i'd better dig the maps out!!:D

Your GSA is still alive? i thought most of it was languishing in bahnstormers scrap bin after it's last outing :augie

I may be up for this - I will probably trailer the ktm over though. I will keep an eye on the thread and see if I can get a pass out from SWMBO.

Bakerman, i wouldnt adorn my body with anything orange, that trophy will be a hottly contested item next year im sure.

Losttheplot, after the last visit to Bahnstomers and a new rear shock a day later, im sure the gsa will be fine for a offroad trip (:blast:confused:) maybe. At the moment it is behaving:blast shouldnt have said that.

Perhaps id better book it in now for work a week after offroading.

I should be up for this trip.:thumb2

Hi

Would a pogo outing be appropriate for an inexperienced 800gs rider on TKCs? If so I'll seek permission from the other harf:augie

There's an off road orientering event in the area over the weekend. Camping overnight and a big BBQ.
Starts at Tidworth tomorrow (saturday 26th) morning.

Got my compass at the ready :thumb i'll give you a toot if i see anyone. :D
