Harmonisor throttle body/carb balancing guages now available.

Great! - Quick, easy & accurate. Only slight glitch was it took me a little while to figure out that the centre-zero "dial" auto-ranges itself. I thought the reading was jumping...

Anyway, a hearty recommendation and thumbs-up from me. A fine piece of kit and worth every penny.

Brand new - never been used.

I used mine for the first time this week, what a brilliant piece of kit it is. Took a total of about 10 mins to balance the throttle bodies, and it's only the second time I've ever done it.

Steptoe's 2 paragraphs of 'how-to' was so much more use than the encyclopaedia from ADVrider's wisdom section.

Alas I would have.

Should have said before that I used mine a couple of weeks ago and it works great. I put it on the bike when I first got it and the TB's were out but left it. Later on after I did the valves though it was spot on so I guess I did a good job of the valve clearances. I also plugged in my old faithful Morgan tune and the harmoniser was much more stable and easier to read. Having a rev counter on there as well is also very handy, only one thing you need to look at. I checked the rev counter accuracy from my GS911 and they were the same so in my book its a well made accurate bit of kit that is simplicity itself to use.

My pre-production unit has been in use every day since june (and still on the original batteries) and has never missed a beat. :thumb

Still loving my 2 cylinder unit. It's had loads of use (and fell off the bike at 30Mph :augie) works a treat. I'd go as far as to say it's the single best bit of kit I've bought for setting up bikes.

Thanks all for the feedback!

It appears my subscription to this thread had been removed yet again!

Pesky computers.

The 4-cylinder version is well under way, but nothing to show yet. Looks like it will still be Q1 2012, hopefully early rather than late.

Hi,

Looking at this, it looks great. Would it also balance carbs on a '95 Ducati 900ss, the carbed one, as well as my 1150?
It will save me having two bits of kit.

Cheers
