09 GSA shrunk or am I still growing at the age of 58.I ask this because I sat on a GSA at Goodwood last week end and I was pleasantly surprised to find I could get both feet on the ground even though I an 5 10 with a 32 inch inside leg. I questioned this with the dealer and he said that the seat was on its lowest setting and the ESA was probably set for two people.
Does this sound about right and if it was could I live with riding the bike on that setting solo or would it make for a rough ride.
2010 cannot come fast enough because the wife retires with a pension lump sum. Now who was it paid the mortgage off last year....!

Surely if the ESA was set for 2 people the ride height would be higher. If you set it to just the rider it will be easier to touch the ground.

I have an 09 GSA and am also 5 10 with 32 inch inside leg, I have the standard seat set on lowest of the two settings with ESA set for rider only and can get balls of both feet comfortably on the ground. If I set ESA for two people then untill passenger gets on I am on tiptoes which can be a bit scary if they dont tell you when they are about to get on. I have found the best compromise setting between touching floor and ride quallity for 11st pillion to be rider + luggage.

Had an 06 ,now have an 09 no difference to me except ergonomics ,bars seat better i have it set on solo +luggage ,but i'm 6 foot 6" 36" inside leg and hung like a Donkey

Have a 32" inside leg and had no problem/difference with either 07 or 09 GSA..
