Bath Rd lent me a R1150R Rockster yesterday when my bike was being serviced.
What a lot of fun that was. At first I really didn't like it. It felt much smaller than the GS and the lean-forward riding position really felt strange. But once I got used to it (after about 20 miles of mixed roads) I really started to like it. By the end of the day I was so sad to give it back.
One thing I was quite amazed about was the almost total lack of buffetting. That tiny little bit of plastic in front of the instrument cluster does an amazing job of making sure you only get clean airflow around the head.
If all naked bikes are this much fun I might have to think about buying another toy!
