Not knocking the 1250 GS in any way but wondering if anyone on here has had problems with Hayes front calipers
Shall we just say that I know of someone who has just given his bike back to dealer
1st time full front brake system change out after brake failure ( front )
2nd time brake lever back to bars
Returned and kindly asked for refund

Probably just a master cylinder problem, and could have been fixed, not heard of any dramas yet.

No problems with the brakes just not starting !

No problemo on my 2019 Rallye, infact dare I say it I actually think they seam a tad sharper on initial bite and a better progressive feel through the range from light and gentle to full on “HOLY SHIT” I should of thought about this earlier haha, but no issues at all comparing them to my 2016 Lc.

Nope, only managed 800 odd miles but brakes would throw you over the bars if it didnt have ABS, two finger braking.

4500 miles, no problem with the brakes, bike's been at the dealers for a month waiting for a new engine to come from Germany though!!!

Thats good news ( especially for BMW)
His first time failure was due to seals in the caliper going, all changed under waranty with offer ( declined ) of change to Brembo !

Both front calipers were changed due to leaking on my bike with just over a 1000 km, so far perfect I really like these brakes good feel to them. Just hope that they won’t start leaking again, suppose it was just a bad Batch and all is good! Regards Dennis
