HD remote alarm paging thing

Anyone know if the remote paging alarm thing works well and if it needs a dealer to configure it?

Dont think it is available in uk, its usa only when you try and order it. That was 2 years ago.

Thanks for the reply. I can see several Uk dealers stock them but I note the radio transmission licence is US only. Will check with a shady dealer if it's doable or if it interferes with emergency services etc

I've had something like this on a car, it would vibrate alarm to tell me my car had just been nicked.

They told me the same but when you actualy try and buy one it was not possible. Some websites say price availabilty for a nimber of items that are not for uk. I asked why and was told it was the computer that said no !

Ah re read the post. I have been refering to the pager part. The alarm is avaliable and the pager is a seperate add on to the alarm. Well it was 2 years ago !

I suppose you could buy in the US and have it delivered via Aramex to UK if you have an account or a friend / holiday home.
But, is the alarm pager via a radio wave frequency that'l set of an emergency or military response?

I think it's a US frequency but no idea if it would interfere with EMS. I just want an alert from the alarm in my basement if bike interfered with.

On my old GS, I have a Scorpio SR-i500 FM 2-way security system which seems to work OK.
Next time in US, I may get one if, it does not require to be dealer sync' to the bike.

Just googled that as wasn't aware of it. I have that for my car ! Proximity sensor triggered air horns and sirens. It's the type of thing I'm curious about the HD remote .
