Hi,
I know this is an ancient thread but do you have any of those awesome looking head guards left? I'd much rather have a set of those than the stock ones or Touratech or Wunderlich guards.

Tomorrow i'm off to collect the new batch that's been cast. 
Headguards all finished, ready and now on sale.
Have PM'd Steptoe regarding these head guards.

I would - provided they fit. My last set I couldn't get to go on. Timolgra had them and they fitted his bike like a glove.
Tim's bike is the same shape as yours. There's a knack to fitting them...
So what is the knack please ?
Don't let them beat you.
First time I tried to fit them to my 1100, I was absolutely convinced that my bike must have been different to the one that they were originally fitted to (I bought them second hand).
I tried again the following day starting with a different fastening (can't remember which one) and they just popped right on.

I had to dremmel one of the mounting holes to get it to line up, but only a little and they fitted fine. It's those pesky rubber buffers that seem cause the difficulties.

Pesky but essential..
For all of you 1100/1150 owners sitting on the fence about getting these, just do it.
Work brilliantly and rarely become avaliable because of what they do.
Tufty, what is Steppers' minimum batch requirement?
