headlight aim

Hi
Does anyone know how to adjust the aim of the headlight,mine is set too high.

Pages 44 & 45 in the manual.

Two plastic knurled knobs on the back of the headlight unit.
I think the one in the middle is for up/down.
Not sure about the one on right, maybe left and right !
Maybe I should read my manual too
