As if it was scripted 11980 miles and it went !!

Now the bonus was I was about 2 miles outside of Dorchester so I went into CW Motorcycles as I had seen a nice GSA in there on tinternet (was sold when i got there).

Met a very nice young man called Stuart who sold me a bulb and then fitted for me FoC as I'am abit Ham Fisted at times (all the time, who iam kidding !!).

So hats off to CW Motorcycles, it's the little things and even thoguh its abit of a schlep from Portsmouth i think I will be using them alot more.

So what do I do? I come here , the font of all wisdom for GS issues, and behold 3 pages of "headlight bulb gone" .

What do I get...... l'il boys comparing the size of their weeners.

\not one mention of how to change the kin bulb????

You could do what Tom (ting tong) did when he had a 1200. Call BMW customer assist to come and change it.

Wish I had.... instead I had 6 german GS riders spending over an hour and a half trying to change mine due to the crappy (never been undone} broken retaining catch

I spent abit of time changing mine only to find I'd changed the main beam!! Fortunately I was putting in some brighter ones so I changed the pair!!
