headlight fixings.

can some one direct me to a link or post on here please.
there is a nipple of some sort underneath the head lamp housing unit, its one of the 3 fixings. mine has disintegrated so i have no idea what it is that i need to buy to replace it.

If it's what I think it is, it holds the headlight in alignment.
On mine, it's like a small nipple on the bottom of the headlight unit that fits into a rubber holder under the unit.
I'm guessing it's the rubber holder that has disintegrated?

Have a look at realoem.com all parts for all models of bmw on there. Just need lastv7 digits of chassis number to locate your bike.

its the metal part that has rusted away. any one got a picture of it?

that will be the front subframe then,available on ebay and year dependant(you dont say what year your bike is)

the sub frame is fine, its just that little nipple type thing that holds the head light central. its an 08 reg.

if i cant find the actual item, im just going to stick an 8mm rivitnut on a bolt to do the job but would prefer the oem part if pos.
