It's not a difficult questin really is it?

The GS is a tall bike, is my experience with the lights normal? - Yes/No

This bike has not had an MOT yet so the light pattern has not been tested. I have had previous bikes that have passed the MOT yet still, on occasion, frustrate on coming vehicles.

Why adjust the lights if they are at optimum? This could be just the way the GS is? By the way, the manual tells you how to adjust but not what the levels should be....not much help.

Hence the simple question; to gather others opinion but instead people like to gob off to sound impressive.

Is it now the default position here to be abusive? All a bit school playing ground if you ask me.

You are missing the point completely. It's an internet forum with lots of experience and different opinions and if you are upset and affected by a few words written largely in jest, you need to man up a bit and go and get yourself a sense of humour.

Just for the record, most of the self righteous, pompous, know all fuck wits are the people most likely to help you when you have a real issue.

It IS a great forum, despite the fuckwits who ask questions that are so blatantly obvious that it makes you wonder how the hell they manage to ride a motorcycle on a public highway, and the fuckwits who then come along and after being here for 5 minutes, criticise the place for the obvious responses that such questions will inevitably garner :thumb

Nobody was born knowing it all, but everyone who thinks they are old enough and clever enough to ride a bike should at least be able to reason out that if their lights are illuminating the inside of the car in front, they need to adjust the fucking things :rolleyes:

If they are then so dull witted that they need to ask on a forum that is well known for being 'robust' how to do so, rather than just reading their fucking owner's manual, then they deserve everyfucking thing they fucking get.
