headstock plug question

I am looking to remove my dodgy alarm from the gs. I can trace most of the wires and understand where they are going and what they plug into except I have two wires the splice into a two pole blue connector on the headstock (under the tank). This is the middle of the batch of connectors in the headstock area under the white connector that has the handlebar controls wired to it.

Does anyone also have a wiring diagram for an datatool system 3 so I can try to identify the black wires where they are wrapped in black tape spliced into other black wires.

I think youll find

that all the wires on the alarm unit are black...

I think the connector I was referring to was the item for the BMW alarm to connect to activate the indicators.
