Heated Grip

As both the links shown are for 1150's, they will be no help to you whatsoever.
I have replaced the heated throttle grip on my 1200, by very carefully disassembling the dead one on my bike, and then equally carefully putting the new one on. If there are any nicks or tears in the grip, I would test it by plugging it in to your bike before going to the trouble of fitting it. The filaments are embedded in the rubber of the grip, so any breaks stops it working.
It isn't to big a job, just fiddly.

Dunno if you'd still need the enabling procedure if you fek around with repalcement of OE stuff?

That's better, I should have done that for him, cheers shuck raider!:thumb
I suspect that "enabling" would only be necessary if they hadn't been fitted before. Mine worked fine when I replaced it.
