When changing my headlight bulb yesterday on my 08 12gs I was a wee bitty heavy handed and pushed the bulb holder a bit too hard:blast

There was a bit of give and the reflector moved from the bottom:eek:

I done a search and got some good tips from other posts. Has this happened to anyone else and what might be the best (easiest) way to get it back in place.

Nothing really to see, it's more of a feeling thing. Im just worried about pulling the reflector a bit too hard and doing more damage!

It's happened to me and others. Here's the post that I made when it happened to me. Some good advice on there on how to fix.

I remeved the headlight, drilled a hole in the underside, then used a screwdriver to push the assembly back onto the two ball adjusters, then taped the drill hole. It did take a fair bit of force and was a bit of a worry in case something broke but it did pop back on. The next time I change a bulb I will support the reflector when seating the bulb.

It's a rubbish design IMHO.
