Supporting Wales Air Ambulance and Medical Care providers in Wales http://www.helimedrideout.co.uk/

Only seeing it advertised 2 weeks ago we registered and were sent sponsorship forms and route. As Nicky and me spend alot of time riding in wales (on & off road) we hoped to help raise much needed funds :)

As the start was in Llandudno around 130 miles away it was going to be a early start :mmmm Nicky's V-strom was dusted off (as her R6 may not be the best bike for this run) and me on the 1200.

6am sunny worcester and we were off
