Helmet/Ear speakers for Quest

I have the quest, and have now wired it into the new front socket.
I need ideas on the best speaker/speakers for the helmet to plug into the Quest (I do not have an autocomm/Interride thingy). Full face lid.

I know you lot will guide me to the best possible ideas, and where to get them from. I dont mind if its a single speaker, I just want to be able to hear the voice prompts
