Help 08 R1200GSA clutch or gearbox noise ??

I have a whirring noise only for a coupe of seconds when releasing the clutch changing gears............. it had the rattle on idle i replaced the clutch actuator shaft and felt damper fixed .................now im not sure if its a worn clutch or a worn bearing. The clutch has been working fine and the gearbox sounds ok the rest of the time checked gearbox oil clean no metal.
Advice much appreciated.
