I guys just been asked how to get emails and address book from AOL 9 in to Outlook Express as customer is dumping AOL I aint got a clue any out there?

I am pretty sure that you can't.
AOL embed all the mail and contacts within a pfc file.
You can find the file at the following :
C\Docs &settings\username\Application\AOL_C\organise (or something very similar)
but I don't think you can point OE at it.
You also have the joy of trying to uninstall the AOL application - have fun!
