You'll need to pump the lever a few times to build pressure - if you haven't already.

I'm assuming you only pulled the pins out etc - no pipe disconnections?

i did not disconnect any pipes
pump lever still have no pressure think theres air in there don't know how
never had this before on any bike just put pads in and go not this time

If all you did was remove the pin, push the pistons back and inset the pads, I can't see how air could get in.

thats all i did push the pistons back put new pads in and now lever comes back to handle bars
pump lever few times still comes back to bars

Possible with certain vehicle braking systems that if you physically force back the pistons without releasing pressure at the bleed nipple you can flip the seals in the master cylinder , never heard of it on a bike though

On BMW S1000RR its quite a common occurance on the rear master cylinder. Mine needs a new one because of this very problem. However it does not manifest itself as no brake pressure, in fact the pedal goes solid and the pads wont release the disk.

just put old pads back in and all good now
got brake pressure now

did you start the bike to run the pump?... get them back in a start her up... and press the brake a good few times... you can't be getting air in??
