I bought a Twin-Spark (03) 1150 72,000 mls ,several months ago as a "runner" (It was running at the time) that needed a little work ! Replacement discs , starter motor, coil pack , clutch and flywheel later it won't start ! I've checked side stand cut out switch , all the earths and they are OK . Will check (this weekend) Hall Sensor and Motronic Unit . I'm wondering if I may have disturbed something when I lifted the sub frame out of the way ?Anybody got any ideas , sensible or otherwise ? as I'm getting desperate :spitfire( I've got the matches and a can of fuel !) , Cheers Glenn

You could have. But very difficult to tell from here, my eyes aren't what they were.

Need more info - Does it turn over ?, is there a spark ? does the fuel pump kick in ? is there fuel reaching the injectors ? Is there a signal to the the injectors ? have you connected the fuel lines the right way around ?.

I'll stop there for now, get back to us when you can let us know some more.

Did you connect the fuel lines AND the plug, under the tank?

Oooooooo, it's not the old wires tucked up out the way under the subframe thing again? :(

Checked the "kill switch" , fuel lines connected correctly , Fuel pump comes on with ignition switch and the switch under the tank is connected , will check fuel to injectors and that they are connected correctly , thanks all will keep you informed !
