I posted this on ADV as well, but I'm hoping to get some good advice from you chaps...

I'm going to switch out the stock bars on my 1150GS for some Renthal Fat Bars, but I'm not sure how to decide which bends to get. It seems that the "enduro" bend might be the best all-around choice, but I have no idea.

Most of my riding is tarmac, varying from moderately twisty to long, straight stretches of 75+mph, with some forest and gravel roads thrown in for good measure. The stock bars are a bit of a reach, so I'll throw risers on, too. The angle of the stock bars is kind of goofy; not really uncomfortable, but my wrists are a bit twisted outwards. I'd like to have them straighter.

I'd appreciate any suggestions on this. I've stopped by a couple of the local dealers and they only have one or two bends available in most Renthal bars. I've only found one bend in the Fat Bar -- don't remember which, but it wasn't the enduro.

I use the RC bend fatbar. Works for me, but depends on your size, shape, riding style, shoulder width etc etc ...

Another option

I recently fitted Magura AX fatbars on my R100G/S and they suit me fine for both tarmac and offroad riding. Magura offer several models so it might be an idea to see if they have something that suits you.
