Any one got a wiring diagram for a 03 1150GSA? I have no dip head lamp. The light was working ok but just went off thought bulb but new one still inop.

There is no power to the lamp unit (wire is green/blue with yellow band ). All other electrical units work side, main, indicators horn etc and the bike starts and runs. I have checked the fuses individually but no specific h/light one or dedicated relay I can see. I have checked the harness by the headstock and cut the loom open and have continuity from bulb as far down as the large bundle of wires by the alternator and continuity on the earth wire.
The wire seems to change colour at the switch and the connector under the tank so not sure if its working or not, it seems to have power and the white dip wire from the switch is ok, there is a green/yellow wire from the switch and it has power but not sure if this is the one for dip beam.
Any one got any thought or suggestions I might try? Have I missed something simple.
Hope someone can help
Thanks

Probably not the answer you're looking for but mine did that when I was away on a trip. I never worked exactly where the fault was and ended up making a jumper across (I think) fuse 1 and 2. Is your rear light working? Seem to remember mine going at the same time but could be wrong.

I never got round to fixing it and the jumper is still there after nearly a year :o

Yep all lights (exept dip) work fine. However just noticed that although the RID is lit the rev and speedo are not. If I put a jump lead on to the wire just before it goes into the loom by the alternator both dip and speedo lights work.
Guess I have ether a broken wire or a duff switch. The search continues:(

Pointed me in the right direction though:thumb found the wire in the fuse box rubbed through on the inner rear section also a couple of others looking a bit the worse for wear so solder and a bit of foam and its back on the road:bounce1
