Help pairing Scala teamset to Zumo

Help, I cannot get my Zumo 660 to pair with
scala rider team set. This was working fine but now cannot get a peep.
I can:
Pair teamaset to phone.
Pair phone to Zumo.
But when i go through the pairing procedure i ge a bluetooth connection failed warning.
Any ideas? i am leaving on a long ride soon and it would be nice to have music and Zumo connection.
