HELP!!!! Racing engine

Just took the tank off to check fuse for my HID, whent back ok, pulled the left throttle cabble a bit as it seamed tight, started her ut and the engine racese to the red line went ever I do with the throttle.

Throttle turns fine and the two throttle cables move according to the throttle and return fine so I have no idea what the problem is... can anyone help?

... all sorted now, thought the cables were returning properly but one of them didn't return all the way back as it was advanced, managed to fiddle with it and thankfully slipped back into place, no idea how I would have got to it if it didn't.

This is a common problem after the tank removal. Someone would ave mentioned it with pics I'm sure!

I wish I knew Bike had HID fitted when I bought it and the balast is where the ABS would normally be, under the tank... so is the fuse. Unfortunatly everytime I hose the bike done the head light doesn't work and I found by taking our and resetting the fuse it starts working again.... right pain in the ass, unless me taking the tank on and off does something else
