Help removing 1150 adv engine bars

The upper O/S one to be precise

I have removed the rubber bung and using a torch can see what looks like an allen headed bolt which I thought had come undone but it still sits down the bottom looking at me, the engine bar wobbles but won't pull off completely, please tell me what stupid thing I am doing wrong!

You said that the bar was loose and you 'thought' the bolt down the top tube had come loose.
Have you tried to further loosen the bolt. If all the other bolts are out , thats the only one left. If it will not come out any further ..... yer screwed and you will need a very long drill.

If it's undone it will pull out. If it won't pull out it's not undone.
