Help Saving Flash Video From a Web Page

Can someone please tell me how I can somehow save the video from this clip:

to something Mac and iPhone friendly like a Quicktime movie or MP4, etc

I've spent hours searching the net and trying all sorts of different things and I just can't do it

In Safari, you can go from Window > Activity and it will bring up a list of what is on the page, with a file size next to it. Pick the biggest one (likely to be the video) and double click - it should then start to download.

Nope, doesn't work. That was one of the things I tried after a search on Google.

and see if it works on your machine.

I just get loads of small files and none of them are any use

It is probably streamed to the flash player. They go to great care to protect their intellectual property by making it secure. You may just have to film the screen.

flash ripper with region of interest, I think they use to have a trail version.

I can use Quicktime to "film" the screen but then I lose the sound
