Help! What colour is my bike??

It was described as Pearl White, and Id go along with that too.

But when I decided to get some touch up paint for a few places the code under the seat: 661 is called Pearl SILVER.

I managed to get a paint touch up kit 661 = 240 and tried it on a small bit behind the front mudguard and it dont look anything like the same colour to me. Maybe itll dry different (or maybe the stick of 'clear' will change it).

I cant imagine anyone putting a sticker on the paintwork with the wrong colour code.

661 is a scheme code (describes the pinstriping as well). 240 appears to be the correct colour but possibly requires an application of clear coat over the top to bring it to the matching colour.

I used to know a lot about BMW paint codes
