Hello all.
I've finally got round to fitting my 2610 to the bike. It looks like the previous owner has already installed a power cable for a Garmin GPS because he has left on the lead and plug. I'm sure I recognise the plug that plugs into the back of the GPS. It's the other end I need a bit of help with. Can anybody tell me what kind of plug this is. It is made by Bosch and it has a metal locking clip that you push in to pull the two parts of the plug apart. If I could get one of these I could pop it on the end of my 2610 power lead and hopefully, Bobs your Uncle.
Many thanks
Steve

Looks like its been bodged intoa plug

what bike is it from??

If I had to guess I would say that has been plugged into the loom where the aux power socket would normally draw power from because you dont have an aux socket on the beak???

Right. After doing a bit of digging on the site I have found what kind of plug it is. It's a Junior-Power-Timer-Housing plug. My bike is an 1150. As you say Ming the wire has been spliced into the loom, but it has got an aux socket in the beak, and it has been spliced into the loom just under here. Maybe the previous owner had something else to run from the aux socket so he couldn't plug his GPS into it. Anyway all sorted now. Thanks for the help:thumb2
