Help with light wiring

Hi

I would like to instal 2 55w external lights(similar to Hella)
to my R80 GS BASIC

does anybody know the best wiring?
I have no idea how to contect them.

depends on whether you need them wired in to your lights or on an Auxilliary switch
If you are wiring to go on woth your headlamps you will need to install a couple of relays
Use feed from switch as switching current to relay. and wire in new (fused) feed wire direct from battery to power in to relay then power out to headlamp and spots.
If you are wiring on a seperate switched circuit you may not need a relay dependant on the quality of the switch. But relays are a good idea as is fusing your feed wire!
