HELP !!!

Wonder if any techy can help me..
I'm trying to set up a freinds email on her new Acer laptop.
BUT the bloody @ key doesn't want to play
all other shift keys work as they should but the bloody @ key only gives me ' in either upper or lower case shift setting
Any advice will be welcomed

Check the language settings for windows. IIRC, murcan keyboards have the @ sign above the number 2, so you need to change the settings to a UK keyboard.

You could also use Accessories/System Tools/Character Map

All is as it should be now, got rid of Crapafee and installed AGV
all other stuff up and running perfickly
