bought 2 x 40litre exlusiv panniers and frame from ebay. Noticed that when I put my girlfriend on the back, the boxes rub the back of her calves and there is not enough room for her feet to sit comfortably on the pegs.
I need to push the frame back by about 4 inches minimum to let her travel comfortable for 8 months on a big trip in June. anyone got any ideas - I think that I may need to do a spot of welding.!!
