Traveled from Heysham to Aberdeen Last night, over night! Am still thawing and drying out, I brought the wifes waterproofs which where far too small for me and only summer gloves. Will I ever learn?

Priced the train it was more than a few sets of tyres. I've done the senic route last time not just the same at 3am and blizzard warning signs also put me off.

I came offshore for a weeks cover when I was working in Holland ... that was 26 years ago... moved up here 20 years ago as fed up of commuting
