HID50.com exclusive

if you ride often in europe especially in the country at night there is little or no street lighting - i know the high beam takes a moment to flick on and slowly warm up - but once on its superb - Les fitted 2 x 50w and 2 x 35w HIDs four years ago and they are still working faultlessly - i would recommend you get the high beam fitted to if you are upgrading the lights :beerjug:

Les,

Sent a PM, put this off for long enough now, besides, saw a couple of bright things headed towards me at great speed yesterday.......once I realised that they were fast moving HIDs on two wheels I was absolutely 'sold' on the "Makes the bike stand out / easily seen" argument.

Cheers

WB

Has anybody any experience of what effect, if any, fitting these has on your BMW insured warranty? I would love to fit a set to the main and dipped beams so I can see where I am going in the dark but am worried that it will invalidate the expensive warranty and I won't find that out until something goes wrong.

Mine arrived today. Being fitted to the triple black ready for collection tomorrow.:beerjug:

HID's fitted on the bike when I collected it this afternoon.:beerjug: Super bright 6000K plus LED sidelight.:green gri The technician commented on how good the kit was, compared to others he has installed. Yes there are cheaper ones around, but these really are the best. If anyone is thinking of doing this, and isn't sure, JUST DO IT! You won't regret it.:rob

Another positive testimonial for Les from me.:thumb

Les,

Just letting you know that a big cardboard box arrived yesterday with a reference of HID on the outside:clap

Now all I have to do is find time to install

Thanks mate :thumb

Just another one of Les's happy customers.

Bought a H7 HID with ceramic core bulb, but it sat in the garage a while before I got round to fitting it, thanks to Les for all his assistance and advice, excellent after sales service.

If you're thinking about getting an HID, Les is your man

Cheers

Geoff

Got home from Malaysia today and my HID's were waiting, thanks Les :thumb2 Fitted today but shouldn't have done it after travelling for 24 hrs, put the main beam in the dip and vice versa :blast Just hope I haven't damaged anything. Once fitted properly they worked perfectly. Just one question, how on earth do you get the parking light bulb out? Two wires seem to go into the rubber grommet but I can't get the grommet out

Haven't put the bike back together yet, other stuff to fit first.
