Guys

Just wanted to let you guys know I had HIDS fitted to my GSA today by Les at Hid50.com and what a difference it made.

Cars moving out of the way all the way home on the m6 and lots of confidence now at being seen by the Sunday drivers:blas:aidan

The fitting went well by les, (with my obvious skill as a mate passing the odd cable tye!!), all cables hidden and very neat and the bike looks great

Anyway thanks les, a job well done

Best regards

Matt

What did you get, new lamps, or bulb kits, seriously thinking about this, as my driveway is mud and very long and unlit. Its only a matter of time before I fall off.

I had all the lights swapped out inc the fogs, and the ballast fits neatly under the beak, been for a quick ride out tonight and it's really impressive.

Give les a pm, he's very helpful

Cheers

Hi
I did mine over Christmas, cheap ebay lights, no problems fitting and all works well, the only problem is I think they maybe to bright, I came down the M6 last night and I was lighting up all the reflective signs about a mile ahead and this with an anti glare bulb, I felt a bit self conscious to be honest.

I find the 35w is a good compromise for the dipped beam - used to get complaints commuting in central London with the 50w and it was properly adjusted - just too bright for the road IMO.
