High tick over 1200GS

Possible issue?

Currently touring Europe on my 1200GS. Noticed 3 days ago the tick over was at about 1800 -1900 rpm
Following day returned to normal.
Today back up to the higher level.
Check cables, all seems well

Bike has a full Akra system and PC set up to match butbhiscwas done a few weeks ago.

Is the recent high temps to blame? I am not convinced about this although often if the engine is allowed to cool down, it seems to settle down to the normal tick over as per manual

Do I have an issue or s it just the weather conditions?

First happened on French motorways and today after riding the Grimsel and Fura passes.

An air leak after the throttle bodies causes the ECU to add fuel to keep the correct mixture so the engine will rev.

Irrational tick over

Hi Bendy, thanks for that. A leak was my thought too but the problem is not consistent. Came from the Grosglockner to Garmisch today with no issues yet yesterday it happened a couple of times. Not causing a major issue but want to sort it.
